RECEPTIONIST
Hours: Part-time (15-25 hours/week) or Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
Includes evenings and weekends.
You must be able to multitask, be on your feet for several hours at a time, and be willing to learn multiple computer programs.
Work Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and checking in appointments
- Answering phones (multiple lines)
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Preparing charts for appointments
- Communicating with clients, technicians and veterinarians
- Checking out patients
Immediate openings available
Reception and/or Vet/Animal Facility experience preferred
Pay scale based on experience and availability

VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT
Hours: Part-time (15-25 hours/week) or Full-time (35-40 hours/week)
Includes evenings and weekends.
You must be willing to work hard, learn new things, and work with reptiles, birds and pocket pets. You must be able to lift up to 25-35 pounds.
Work Responsibilities include:
- Keeping hospital clean and sanitary
- Assisting doctors and technicians with procedures
- Lifting, handling and restraining animals
- Caring for boarding animals
- Communicating with clients
Immediate openings available
Experience in Vet/Animal Facility preferred
Pay scale based on experience and availability
